With the rapid development of information technology and the improvement of people consumption level, a mount of electronic waste appears.The uncertainty of recycling products quality makes differences of recycled product quality in recycling degree,and recycling quality becomes an important content in the research of electronic waste reverse logistics network.the study considers the uncertainty of recycling products quality, studies the quality of recycling electronic waste empirical reverse logistics network planning through quantitative analysis.First of all, this study explores electronic waste reverse logistics development situation and related theory on the basis of summarizing the research status both in china and abroad;Secondly, paper divides the recycled products into maintenance to use products, remanufactured products, completely abandoned products by judging from electronics recycling quality grades, Then I determine the ratio of quality grade of the three types electronic waste recycling according to the basic use fixed number of year of various electronic products, waste time, and each of the abandoned ratio;Again, the mixed integer linear programming(MILP) model under the quality uncertainty has been built on the premise of full consideration quality uncertainty to the complexity analysis of e-waste recycling, and the uncertainty mixed integer linear programming(MILP) model has been turn into fuzzy chance constrained programming model through uncertain planning theory as well as the model embarrassment.In addition, paper uses the grey GM(1,1)prediction model for guangxi main electronic product sales forecast,and applies the market supply model and Stanford model estimation model for the amount of electronic wastes in guangxi and predicts the spatial distribution analysis.and ultimately, paper designs and examines the electronic waste reverse logistics network for GuangXi,The model is solved by using lingo9.0 software.Ideally, The results indicate that Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin, Guigang, and Laibin have been built to establish recycling center, Nanning, Guigang and Laibin for processing centers and Laibin for Landfill.
