Selection Of Logistics Equipment And Procurement Decision

Logistics distribution centers usually have to purchase equipment to complete the operation efficiently and improve production capacity as much as possible.They depend on capacity of equipment.High-performance equipment means higher prices.With increasingly demanding customer needs,the logistics center needs more efficient,more suitable equipment.However the budget is limited.Logistics equipment also has a wide variety.Therefore,this paper hopes to find a way for the logistics center to select the appropriate logistics equipment in many equipment and get the best procurement program.This paper summarizes the evaluation indexes that can evaluate the equipment from all aspects according to the research and experience of many scholars.These indicators are quantitative and qualitative.For the quantitative index,this paper gives its formula.Quantitative methods for qualitative indicators are given using expert opinion law.At the same time,analytic hierarchy process help to obtain weight of the indicators,and determine its rationality.Evaluation indicators and weights can score the logistics from all aspects.0-1 integer programming model is established.Cost and benefit are part of input parameters.Branch and bound is used to solve the model.The model can obtain the optimal procurement scheme of logistics equipment.The model can help decision makers do not exceed the budget of the premise,making the purchase of equipment to maximize the benefits.And the selected equipment will meet a lot of realistic constraints.
