Development Studies Of Microcredit Poverty Alleviation Model In Western Region

As a new model of poverty alleviation,microcredit is the result of traditional and innovation to help the poor. In view of backward economic, the western region have many poor people vigorously. So it is a great practical significance to carry out microcredit. On the basis of investigation in Urumqi Rural Credit Unions, the author used the demonstration of examples, qualitative and quantitative methods , the integration of theory with practice, expounded the poverty alleviate model of the microcredit system in the 1990s in China comprehensively.This paper followed the ideas of "question - analysis - solve the problem", started with the description of the development of microcredit and the status quo, based on the contradiction in slow development of microcredit and demand enormous. The author clarified the necessity of implement microcredit in western region. Then the paper analysised the various models of practice in domestic and international microcredit, summed up their experience and inadequate. In connection with of microcredit in western region, the paper researched that how to understand and resolve the outstanding microfinance issues, and conducted the implementation of the status quo, then strivied to explore suitable microcredit model in western region . Especially the paper gave a corresponding manner against different microcredit institutions, then provided the basis for decision-making for the relevant government departments.
