Microcredit program in Bangladesh provides small loans to rural poor people with the purpose of eradicating poverty. This study investigates on four major organizations microcredit program in Monirampur Upazila; The Grameen Bank (GB), Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC), Association for Social Advancement (ASA) and Bangladesh Rural Development Board (BRDB) in Bangladesh to the respect of impact of microcredit on alleviates poverty in the randomly selected fifty respondents in each organization in Monirampur Upazila in Jessore district of Bangladesh. To analysis the survey data we used Multiple Linear Regression Model (MLRM) in SPSS and MS-EXCEL to get some figure. From the study it was observed that in all organizations most of members are female and they are middle-aged. On an average are extreme poor people. Most of the members opinion is agriculture sector is the best to invest borrow money and if invest area is defined and give them proper training by the organization before invest borrow money then their income will be more. In the point of empowerment all members have power to take decision in the family matter. Most of the members they invested their borrow money in agriculture sector and maximum members got profit with invest of borrow money but especially interest rate in GB and ASA is comparatively higher than BRAC and BRDB. In most of the respondents' family their food consumption has increased after join with microcredit program also they are able to expend more money in family daily necessary. Most of the members are using sanitary latrine, new agriculture technology and also they expend more money in education and cultural activities in the society as well as their living standard has improved due to their income has increased but the NGO which is giving loan should consider some important points; the repayment system, interest rate and proper training program to generate borrowers household income.So, the most important vision of loan provider NGOs should not only giving loan but also taking proper step for income generation and poverty alleviation.
