Logistics distribution center is an import part of modern logistics, and it has import function in the modern commodity circulation. through consolidated management of transport, storage, load and unload, machining, distribution, deal with order and information and so on Logistics distribution center can lighten task working intensity, reduce commodity waste, improve stock velocity, speedup commodity circulation, reduce circulation cost, improve contented degree of society demand, and more choices are given to consumer. Bases on the relationship between internal operation flow efficiency and customer service of logistic distribution center, sorts of logistic distribution center's internal operation flow efficiency are given, and its model are also built; some advises about improving logistic distribution center's internal operation flow efficiency are given; then factors influence to customer service of logistic distribution center and performance estimate standard are given, we build customer service performance estimate model by mistiness integration estimate method and with example to analysis it. And then relationship between internal operation flow efficiency and customer service of logistic distribution center is discussed.We take Hangzhou Tobacco Distribution center as the data source and application example, analysis its internal operation flow concretely, and actualize Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to it , simultaneity, we design a system of distribution route optimization and electronic output, some factors as city street's direction are taken into account, VRP is divided into zone route partition and single route, so the contradiction of getting optimized or rather excellent result in condition of large-scale distribution is resolved. The method has general practicability for distribution center but whose network's number is very large.The above system is carried out in environment of VB,MapInfo Professional,SQL Server2000.
