Study On The Compitive Advantage Of Grain Logistic Park On Indusrial Cluster Theory

With the economic development, urbanized advancement speeding up, as the important part in the grain logistic, the grain logistic park has attracting more and more people's interest. The grain logistic park has enormous competitive advantages, and develops the significant function to the grain industry. This article takes the industrial cluster theory as the foundation, discussing the competitive advantages of the grain logistic park with the game theory. The article is divided four parts: the connotation and characteristic, the competitive advantages, the formation mechanism and influence factor of the competitive advantages, suggestions of the competitive advantages for cultivating the grain logistics park.The first part is about the connotation, characteristic and the organizational structure of the grain logistic park. This part is based on the foundation of the grain logistic and industry cluster theory, completely analyzes the connotation and the characteristic of the grain logistic park, and discusses the composition structure and structures function of the grain logistic park.The second part analyzes the competitive advantages of the grain logistic park. This part analyzes the competitive advantages on the grain logistic park from the aspect of direct economic agent and non-direct economic agent. The direct economic agent includes five aspects: production cost, resources gain, region marketing, and product difference and expansion advantages.
