Research On Competitive Force Valuation System Of Jiangsu Logistic Park

In recent years, China’s construction of a large number of logistics park, although there are a lot of successful logistics park construction case, but because the theory and method about the logistics park construction plan is not yet mature, if do not consider the differences between regions, blindly copy the construction experience of successful case, there exists great risk. Jiangsu’s economic aggregate ranked the forefront of the country, is also at the forefront of the growth, GDP average annual growth rate of more than10%, the average annual growth rate far exceeds the average national level. Rapid economic growth, the improvement of people’s living standard due to the increasing demand of social logistics. The further development of regional economic, social division of labor further deepening, specialized enterprises or institutions began to gather to a certain area or location, the derived demand requirements related to logistics enterprise logistics agglomeration in space position or location, the formation of Logistics Park. Understand the development situation of the construction of the logistics park in Jiangsu Province, the evaluation of Jiangsu Logistics Park competitiveness level of science, to accelerate the development of modern logistics in Jiangsu Province, optimize the allocation of resources, adjusting the economic structure, improve the investment environment and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, improve the economic operation quality and efficiency, achieving sustainable development has very important and far-reaching significance.The innovation of this paper mainly in the following two aspects:(1) to construct the competitiveness evaluation index system of Logistics Park in Jiangsu province.(2) Through a questionnaire survey, qualitative and quantitative methods using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, using the SPSS12.0application software, the evaluation of the competitiveness of Logistics Park in Jiangsu province.Limited to the difficult to obtain the research level and the practical data, this paper studies on the logistics park competitiveness is still not deep enough, at the same time, I hope to attract more attention of researchers, which based on the study of logistics park in Jiangsu province competitiveness evaluation system for further analysis and research.
