From the meaning of the information revolution in circulation, it mainly contains three aspects ,which are the improvement of efficiency of the supply chain, the value increasing of value chain, and the controlling of the information chain. So based on the above analysis, this paper points out that three major technique innovations ,which is e-business, all-in-one technique and key techniques, should been developed in the future.
