The Study Of Enterprise Technology Innovation Mode Evolution Of China

Technology innovation is a key factor for an enterprise to gain a competitive advantage. It is proved by facts that technology innovation plays a more and more important place in the surviving and developing course of an enterprise. It is also a very important factor that reflects the national comprehensive strength. Looking through the whole developing process, we can find that there are varieties of technology innovation modes which develop and keep changing all the time. In the 80s'last century, China encouraged importing of technology, and now it is cooperative innovation mode that is paid much attention to, however independent innovation is never neglected. In this context, China, as a later-developing country, the enterprises choose which modes of technology innovation affect the technology result directly. As the main body and impeller of technology innovation, the most important thing that an enterprise should do is to choose the appropriate mode and route of the technology innovation to get as much benefit.To explore the enterprise innovation mode selection, we need to study the technology innovation pattern evolution laws of our country enterprises, and provide the reference to the choice of enterprise innovation mode. Scientific and reasonable mode selection process is especially important to the enterprise technological innovation mode selection research. This paper studies the enterprise how to choose the technological innovation mode and the evolution of the innovation mode evolution path in the circumstance of limited resources.On the basis of domestic and foreign correlations research, this paper defines the core concepts of this research. Firstly, contrast analysis is conducted on the character of independent innovation, imitation innovation, cooperation innovation and network innovation. Then the theory basis of each mode choice is presented. On the above theory basis, this paper has an analysis on the enterprise technological innovation mode evolution, and then respectively constructed the enterprise technological innovation mode two-stage evolution models and three-stage evolution models. The evolutionary path of enterprise technology innovation is: The optimal path of late-development enterprises realizing the progress of technology is from giving priority to the introduction of technology innovation and digest absorb, and gradually transition to the cooperative innovation,then to the independent innovation. Finally, an empirical study on technological innovation mode evolution of our country is made. Empirical results show that, as the day progresses, every unit investment of independent innovation and technology import on unit innovation output contribution is descending; at the same time, every unit investment of Enterprise Universities Cooperation on the innovation output contribution is increasing obviously. The trends show that in the technological innovation mode selection, China's enterprises should gradually reduce the proportion of capital investment of independent research and technology introduction, increase the resources on the cooperation innovation mode and human capital.
