The Study Of The Food Supply Chain Integration Based On The Core Corporate

In the process of the enterprise's development, supply chain integration is the necessity choice to structure supply chain, accomplish supply chain management, and to gaining a competitive advantage. Under the trend that market competition changes from the single enterprise competition to competition between supply chains, enterprises turn into the cooperation, and resource integration turns into outside of enterprises. Grain industry, as a special industry in China, has the characteristic property with both monopolizing and competing. There has been a fierce competition in the tache of producing process with meager profit, and a number of international enterprises have come to China. Chinese grain enterprises have to make the integration of supply chain.At the beginning, a literature review about the supply chain integration was made, which intent to find the driving factors, affecting factors, targets and contents of supply chain integration. From discrimination of the inside and outside circumstances and the contents of the supply chain integration, the paper summed up the framework of supply chain integrates, and make it as the basis of the paper's analysis.On basis of the literature review and the framework, in the second part of the paper, we analyzed the business performance carried out by the grain industry in China. Then, combined with the analysis of the outside policy,economy,technology and social environments, the paper made an analysis of the characteristic of the grain supply chain and the grain industry's developing trends.Supply chain process integration, as the basis part of supply chain integration, is the foundation and precondition for the enterprise to make information, logistics integration and the strategic integration. So in the third part, the paper discussed the relationship between process integration and supply chain integration, and then, carried on the discussion of the content, characteristic, patterns and methods of grain supply chain process integration. Next, the paper introduced a supply chain process case from Long Ping enterprise.The article finally made a conclusion of the grain supply chain integration, and the limitations and the future studies on this direction.
