The Research On Integration And Optimization Of Beijing Grain Supply Chain

ABSTRACT:Supply chain is a functionality network which is centering on enterprises and connects suppliers,manufacturers,distributors,retailers and consumers, this also applies to grain supply chain. The whole supply chain from grain production to consumption, includes different flows such as logistics,capital and information. In addition to transfer of value through grain supply chain, what is more important is that it brings a value-added grain supply chain through a series of processes such as transportation, packaging, distribution and so on. The whole supply chain included different subjects, many circulations and variety of functions. As the political and economic center of china, Beijing is a typical marketing for grain.There are many distribution channels of Beijing grain supply chain but with poor quality, the relationship between different subjects also not very tight, functions needs to be standardized and improved. SAP (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing) is an advanced enterprise management solutions which widely used in foreign countries on the research of supply chain integration and optimization, and achieve the integration and optimization by solving problems of subject their own. Based on SAP, this paper aimed at the integration and optimization of Beijing grain supply chain, it carried out some research work, the main content and research are as follows:(1)Defined the concept design goals and organization form of grain supply chain, designated the research category of thesis; analyzed grain supply structure,demand structure and characteristics of Beijing, did some studies on the distribution channels and main commercial enterprises of Beijing grain supply chain, come up with several key problems existing in Beijing grain supply chain.(2)Proposed three levels and four contents of grain supply chain integration and optimization:Grain distribution channel integration(distribution channel intergration, importance comparison of subjects), Business process optimization of typical subjects among grain supply chain, Grain supply chain function process designing. More specific,27 grain distribution channels,11subjects and 9 function process.(3) Took SAP system MM Module for example, simulated the business process optimization results of typical enterprises of Beijing grain supply chain, proposed appropriated policies and recommendations for every single level above to guarantee the integration and optimization of Beijing grain supply chain.
