The Study On Project Development& Operation Mode Of Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay International Logistics Park

Since the end of last century, some areas in China have begun to set up the logistics park. The planning construction of national logistics park reached a climax in 2003, and the danger of blind construction of Logistics park has already appeared at the same time. Because of a great deal of blind construction of logistics park ( unclear localization, single function, failed operation), quite a few of logistics parks at a standstill and has not given play to the due efficiency of logistics park. A very important reason is that the logistics park is lack of management theory on the developing and constructing project, and has not carried on scientific research as system engineering. The development and construction of logistics park should manage in the whole course from plan, organizing, coordinating, controlling and resource distribution, etc., thus avoid the emergence of all kinds of problems. This text regards international logistics park of Jiaozhou Bay of Qingdao as the case, study develop operation mode in terms of project management. The text has explained the general theory of the logistics park and some practice methods of construction and operation of local logistics park at first, secondly it has carried on detailed analysis to the development advantage, opportunity, difficulty and question of the international logistics park of Jiaozhou Bay of Qingdao. Third, it uses management theory and method of the project to develop the development and operation of international logistics park of Jiaozhou Bay of Qingdao, and it starts to give analysis and research with the network construction mode of the logistics, build development model, service platform mode, thus confirm development and operation mode, in order to realize well development of this park.
