Research On The Operation Mode Of WF International Logistics Park Based On The Value Chain Theory

With the development of logistics industry in China,The logistics parks have sprung up.But the number of logistics parks which have been built and operated,achieved good operating efficiency and profitability is little.And also the research on the operation mode of logistics park in China is not deep enough.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies the operation mode of logistics park on the basis of value chain theory.This is of great significance to solve the problem of high vacancy rate and low economic benefit in China's logistics park.This paper takes WF international logistics park as the research object.First of all,on the basis of the value chain theory,the paper analyzes five value creation subjects including the government,the investment developer,operators,the bodies entering the park,logistics service demanders outside the park and their value driving factors,then constructs the value transfer chain and clear put forward value creation and realization process of the park.At last the paper builds and analyzes the basic value chain,and thinks designing WF international logistics park operation mode from three aspects:operation management,the choice of logistics enterprises and profit model.According to actual circumstances of WF international logistics park,Lianyungang government provides preferential policies,WF international logistics park co.LTD is responsible for investment and development,and choose the third party actual operation to take charge operations management,to achieve corporate management.In the case of that the park cannot interfere with the operation of logistics enterprises,the park needs to select excellent logistics enterprises in order to ensure the park's good reputation and high quality logistics service output,so the evaluation selection index system of inbound logistics enterprises is constructed,and the selection and evaluation model of inbound logistics enterprises is constructed by grey AHP,and the screening of the proposed logistics enterprises is realized.The park service is designed from three aspects of basic service,value-added service and supporting service and analyze profitable way.In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the operation mode,the park needs to strengthen the construction of logistics information management platform,improves the logistics financial service ability,attaches great importance to the logistics service standardization and institutionalization,strengthens logistics talent introduction and training opportunities and makes full use of the "The Belt and Road Initiative" strategy.
