Facing the increasing aggravation of the resource shortage and environmental pollution, recycling of WEEE has been thought highly by those developed countries. It has become one of the most effective ways to realize the sustainable development. The WEEE recycling and disposal in China started relatively late. For the lack of the restraint of laws and regulations, the existing recycling activities were still a kind of spontaneous behavior prompted by economic interest. However, the standardized WEEE recycling system hasn't been built in China. In the next place, the existing research mainly emphasizes reusing the recycling material of WEEE products. In fact, to actualize the cascade utilization of WEEE is the terminal goal of recovery and disposal. Namely, according to the new and old degree of WEEE, the household appliances can be reused integrally, the components and parts can be reproduced, and the materials can be recycled or disposed. Therefore, it's necessary to do further research to the WEEE recycling network.On the basis of the existing research and in accordance with the characteristics of the WEEE recycling network in China, this thesis respectively studied several problems, especially the establishment of the standardized system of recycling used and waste household appliances, the optimization of the WEEE recycling network, as well as the calculation of processing the scale economic magnitude of the treatment enterprises. Having seen the whole thesis, it contains some chief problems as follow:Through studying the correlative references, the situation of researching the logistics economic problems of WEEE recycling in domestic and foreign countries have been analyzed, some shortcoming existed in the existing research have been pointed out, then the research thoughts of this thesis has been put forward.1. Based on analyzing the source, whereabouts and recycling channel of WEEE, the standardized recycling system should be built under restriction of The Rule of Supervising Waste and Old Household Electrical Appliance and Electrical Production (seeking opinions sketch). Meanwhile, this thesis pointed out that the establishment of the standardized WEEE recycling system made demand of the close cooperation among the government, the manufacturers, the recycling enterprises, the disposal enterprises and the consumers.2. Study the economic problem of the standardized WEEE recycling network. Firstly, according to the cascade utilization principle and on the ground of the Mixed Integer Linear Program (MILP), a corresponding optimization model for the logistic network of WEEE recycling should be established in view of the cost item related to every node in the standardized recycling network. Moreover, the essential facilities in network should be selected and located. In this way, the distributive logistics amounts, which made up every logistics route, can be got, at the same time, the simulation analysis can be done here. Secondly, with the process of single quantization to all kinds of dismantled household appliances, the calculation model should be made for working out the scale economic magnitude of the enterprise (break-even point), through break-even analysis. Finally, make Chengdu as example, after forecasted the WEEE recycling quantity in the coming five years(2016-2020) in Chengdu, and introduced the cascade utilization rate, work out the real handling amount and the scale economic magnitude of those treatment enterprises in optimized WEEE recycling network, in accordance with the optimization model for the logistics network and the calculation model for working out the economic magnitude of the enterprise scale. Then, after comparing the two results, those treatment enterprises that haven't reached the scale economic magnitude should be supported and subsidies should be given.
