The Study On Optimization Of Supply Chain Efficiency

Since the beginning of the 21st century, because of the constant progress of Internet-based network technology and information technology, Supply Chain management has undergone considerable development. Competition among enterprises has become competition between Supply Chain. Low-cost competition indicators in the traditional Supply Chain have been unable to meet the requirements of the development of the times. If enterprises should win in a fierce competition, they need to improve their Supply Chain efficiency, and ultimately obtain a high level of customer service and strong core competitiveness. How to improve Supply Chain efficiency has become very worthwhile research topic.This paper expanded on the natural logic of the Supply Chain's forming, developing and operation. The paper firstly summarized the backgrounds of the Supply Chain's forming and developing from the evolvement and development of the relations among corporations, then analyzed today's study focuses and trends. Because of the complexity of the factors that effect the efficiency of the Supply Chain, this paper first provides the Supply Chain's competitiveness evaluation indicators from the customer satisfaction and cost, and gives the conditions of maximizing the efficiency of the Supply Chain. Then from the three factors of the information sharing, Supply Chain structure, and inventory management, by combining quantitative and qualitative methods to optimize the efficiency of the Supply Chain. Through the analysis of information, it highlighted the basic role of information-sharing to enhance the efficiency of the Supply Chain; Through the establishment of the three-tier model inventory control based on random demand, the enterprises in Supply Chain nodes can be effective in reducing the losses of the Supply Chain efficiency through cooperation. Through the establishment of partner selection model based on maximizing the efficiency of the Supply Chain, Stressed the importance of the choice of best partners to improve Supply Chain efficiency; Through the comprehensive study of the enterprise supply chain efficiency optimization,established the supply chain optimization model based on the customer satisfaction for the greatest profit. Finally, at the same time of analyzing development of Supply Chain management in China, to put forward some proposals for the development of Chinese enterprises from the perspective of Supply Chain efficiency.
