Based On Supply Chain And Transacyion Cost Perspective Zhongyangjia Class Agricultural Enterprises Cooperative Research

Agribusiness is an important part of China's agricultural economy,it has very important significance for speeding up the development of agribusiness,increasing employment,promoting and developing the adjustment of agricultural structure and relevant industries.In recent years,the cooperation between agriculture and enterprises become more frequent,extensive and more normative,due to the capital shortage,material prices and the market competition pressure of the development of agribusiness.However,in the cooperative operation of agriculture and enterprises,it also exists some problems that need to be solved:First of all,the cooperation model of agriculture and enterprise exists problems.The cooperation model is relatively simple so far which embodies in two aspects: one is contract which has not enough binding effect,moreover some cooperation is just oral agreement;the other aspect is cooperation level which just limit to the purchase of raw materials and products sales.Secondly,the cooperation of agriculture and enterprise exists risk control problems.Due to the uncertainty of agricultural production,agricultural enterprises face more risks:such as the lack of awareness of risk,the risk method of risk control is not appropriate.All of these influence seriously the efficiency of cooperation,and even more lead to the failure of cooperation.So,it is urgently demanded to solve the problems of how to improve the cooperation model of agriculture and enterprise and manage the various risks in the process of cooperation to improve the cooperative efficiency of agricultural enterprises.Therefore,using the cooperation of Ruiyang company and Guangming as an example,this paper discusses deeply the cooperation mode,motivation and variousrisks of agriculture and enterprises from the perspective of supply chain and transaction cost through on-the-spot investigation,expert scoring and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to improve the cooperation efficiency of the agricultural enterprises and provide decision-making reference.This main research method of this paper is the field survey of the empirical analysis.To study the cooperation efficiency problem of agricultural enterprises,we survey the cooperation of Ruiyang company and Guangming company at Huaxian County in Henan Province through the questionnaire and expert scoring,and we get the efficiency index and data of the cooperation of agriculture and enterprise.the agricultural enterprise cooperation and operation.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1)The management mode of agriculture and enterprises.This paper divides the cooperation mode of agriculture and enterprises into non equity-entrust type,external delegate type,and equity-type through on-the-spot investigation,literature method and our own understanding on the basis of the cooperation degree of agriculture and enterprise,and then this paper systemize the advantages and disadvantages of each pattern.(2)The cooperation motivation problem of agriculture and enterprise.This paper summarize the cooperation motivation of agriculture and enterprise on the basis of analysis the cooperative management of Ruiyang company and Guangming company from the perspective of supply chain and transaction costs.(3)The cooperative management risks problem of agriculture and enterprise.This paper points out the cooperative management risks of agriculture and enterprise and makes suggestions of treatment method on the basis of full analysis of the management risks of Ruiyang company and Guangming company.(4)The cooperative management efficiency problem of agriculture and enterprise.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)analysis,this paper analyze and compare the cooperative management efficiency of agriculture and enterprise..The research conclusions of this paper is as follows:(1)Ruiyang company and Guangming company take equity type management mode of cooperation,cooperation management efficiency is higher.(2)Agricultural enterprises management mode can affect the cooperative efficiency of agricultural enterprises,and,with the improvement of tightness of cooperation,cooperation will improve efficiency.(3)Ruiyang company and Guangming company in the cooperative process should pay attention to the risk of default,especially risk management.Cooperation,therefore,to do a good job in risk control established contracts,effective risk early warning mechanism,the settlement mechanism,the efficient communication channels,etc.,has reduced the risk of loss to the minimum.(4)Cooperation motivation in Ruiyang companyand the influence factors of Guangming company cooperation efficiency,a larger proportion.Cooperation motive of secondary indicators,the financing problem,stable supply of raw materials and product sales problems,score the highest proportion to reduce transaction costs,Ruiyang company and Guangming company cooperation is more in order to solve the problem of money,a stable supply and sales,reduce the production cost.
