The traditional printing industry was rigid collective ownership of the manufacturing industry. Since the entire system was not built, the "big-pot distribution system" brought the idea that "it is no difference between done well or not ", which made those printing industry be in a business width but no accurate of messenger , bad but no deceased condition of mass gravely. with the opening and reform of china, and transition from the planned economy to market economy, the managerial right of printing industry transfered from the collective to the individual. While market competition became fiercer. Opportunity and challenge are all coexistence. Therefore, how to deal with the new situation and environment will be a the new issues of the current printing industry.In the background of the whole printing industry at present, the printingfactory in CHD university as a special case is studied in this thesis. Base on the management course of this printing factory more than 20 years after the managerial right transference, considerable correlated information data were collected, and detailed analysis on the specific problems from three aspects including strategic objectives, marketing tactics and production operations were carried out directed by theory. Through combining quantitative and qualitative, theory and empirical research, some effective countermeasures to solve these problems have been found that establishment and practice of a sound business strategic objectives of the programme, application of flexible marketing tactics and establishment of effective Production operations schemes.Ultimately, the printing factory has been operated normally and effectively. We also hope that it will be useful referenced value on strengthening their management to the same printing industry.
