the personal communications becomes more mobile and individual, in the intense competitive market, for China Telecom with Several times of reorganization, without the whole business, the fixed network operation increase fast with less profit and customer lost, how to find new opportunities for the growth area, and opening new prospects for the sustainable development of enterprises, which was synchronized with the industry's pace of development, won the match with the mainstream values of the times, is a big challenge in front of Guangzhou Telecom.no doubt, the voice market goes like living in the Red Sea, for the traditional telecommunications business suffers growing pressure, how to expand the scope of integrated information services becomes the strategy of Blue Ocean for Guangzhou telecommunications . However, being a new integrated business information services market, no experience to learn on what kind of business model and business strategy and marketing strategy are we needed.The author believes that Guangzhou Telecom must speed up the innovation, and build a comprehensive internal and external platform to promote integrated information services marketing system. External, it is necessary to closely follow the development of urban planning and development of the industry trend, and vigorously innovative business model. in fact, the so-called business model is "What to do, how to do and how to make money." for the enterprises. the Successful business model should be the interaction of the market and competition and customer demands, is the core competitiveness of enterprises profit mode. so, various types of business model innovation should focus on the development of City and Industry. Especially according to the Guangzhou municipal development strategy, paying close attention to key areas, closely tracking the transformation of traditional industries and emerging industry development trend, profound grasp of e-commerce, logistics and distribution, chain operations, and other modern operating model, develop the partnership with the Government, businesses on strategic level to win future potential. Internally, for the effective implementation of marketing strategy, we must focus on creating four team, upgrading the three line production under the new mechanism. Business model needs to change, Guangzhou Telecom should make a quick change on the model of enterprise marketing, service and maintenance, developed a "marketing - customer service - maintenance support" Integrated Information Service team, and implement effective marketing strategies to transfer Guangzhou Telecom from the traditional network supplier to a modern integrated information service provider.
