Execution Ability Study Based On A Company Competition Strategy

With the rapid development of Chinese economy in recent years and the result of joining WTO,Chinese market,as one of the biggest and most prospected markets,attracted fond attention from more and more world-wide companies.Enterprises could survive and develop for long period only if them scientifically made those strategies which meet their own developmental requirement and fitness well.However,lots of companies failed to achieve their target.Although they did equip with right develop strategis and good external environments.Less execution to fulfill the strategies are the killer of them.This paper firstly analyzed the close relationship between strategies and executions on the basis of related theories.Secondly it took A company' s conditions as a practice example.A company,which is a foreign invested company,focuses on Semi-conductor assembly & test in the Suzhou Industrial Park.Based on analysis on the following points,I came out the fitness strategies in Chinese market:external environment PEST;five forces mode analysis;internal condition analysis and SWOT analysis.A company was surrounded by good external environments,and also has a great potential develop and a bright prospect in china.Meanwhile,it also brought up issues faced in china; point out gain and loss it made during the global market.The paper also probes into the condition of strategies execution,and draws out the conclusion that execution is the basis of company strategies rolling out,the reflection of an organization or personnel' s carrying out,and a foundation which leads the A company to success.All points mentioned further proved that execution promotion plays a vital role in company strategies and competitions.This study was trying to provide some suggestions for those foreign companies which are doing strategies execution research.
