Study On Linkage Effects Of High-tech Industry In Hunan Province

To a nation or an area, the competitive strength of high-tech industries is becoming a commanding heights of overall national comprehensive national strength. For the purpose of promoting the development of high-tech industries and enhancing high-tech domain international competitive power, The various countries or area one after another established different kinds of the high-tech garden area, for this, developing high-tech industries has already become a kind of universal phenomenon.This article has conducted the study to the linkage effects of high-tech industrial in Hunan Province. In the foundation of elaborating the related study of high-tech industries development in home, abroad and Hunan Province, at first, introducing some theory on the high-tech industry, while expounding the linkage theory and basic methodology and tool of industrial connection theory, introducing the high-tech and high-tech industry; Secondly, In the foundation of analyzing the present situation and problem exsisted of high-tech industry in Hunan Province,using the methodology and tool of industrial connection theory to analyze thoroughly the high-tech industrial connection effect in Hunan Province; At last, putting forward the policy and suggestion of promoting high-tech industries development based the conclusin of linkage analysis and present situation of high-tech industries. Its goal is in order to clearly recognize the different linkage effects bentween high-tech industries and other industries in Hunan Province, It is advantageous for conforming the suitable policy to lead and to promote high-tech industries getting further healthy development and lead or promote linkage industries development well by the connection effect in Hunan Province. At the same time, to Hunan Province, choosing and developing appropriate high-tech industries to lead or promote Hunan Province's economical development, the local economy promotion, and enhancing the Hunan Province's high-tech industries in the nation, and even in the world high-tech industries development status and the competitive advantage, has the significant practical significance.This article uses the nature of the method which unifies with the quantitative analysis, while elaborating many fact, using the persuasive power data related to prove own viewpoint. At the same time, carrying on the analysis with unifying the theory and the high-tech industries development practice, in the theory and positive analysis foundation,proposing some policy and suggestion to promote high-tech industries development in Hunan Province, and making linkage effects of high-tech industries display better.
