Agricultural industrialization is the product of the market economy rules and is also the trend and direction for the development of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.As an agricultural production mode,it is difficult for the traditional one to adapt the growing of agricultural level.Agricultural industrialization is the mixture of production,processing,sales,service,which gradually becomes the product pattern which attracts attentions all over the world.Under the condition of socialist market economy,in order to foster the development of rural reform in our country,agricultural industrialization,as a new type of agricultural organizational form and operating mechanism,in improving the efficiency of agricultural production,increasing farmers’ income,promoting rural economic development,plays an significant role.Qinhuangdao City,as a higher degree of development level for the agricultural industrialization in Hebei Province,in terms of promoting and improving,agricultural industrialization has made great progress in recent years.Now,there still exists many problems in the agricultural industrialization management in Qinhuangdao City,such as supporting policies,market construction,development scale,operating mechanism,all of these problems should be taken into consideration.Objectively,it needs breakthrough progress for the management of agricultural industrialization in the new field.Based on those reasons,the thesis combines theory with practice,using agricultural industrialization development theory research,adopts the method of combination of theory and practice analysis,in the profound understanding and analysis of the industrialization of agriculture produce according to the background and connotation of agricultural industrialization,draw lessons from developed countries and the domestic developed regions by analyzing the situation of agricultural industrialization in Qinhuangdao City,points out the main problems existed in Qinhuangdao City,the development of agricultural industrialization process,and from the status of agricultural industrialization in Qinhuangdao city,proposed for the overall strategies and countermeasure for the development of agricultural industrialization in Qinhuangdao city.
