This thesis is a research based on the theory of Lean Production for eliminating wastes in H Company. The system analysis that combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and Lean Production technologies were used. This thesis lists the improvement activities about reducing cost systematically. After analyzing and optimizing the inventory, planning and cooperating, work procedures, layout, process flow, line balance, product's performance, operating methods, many wastes and non-valued added works were eliminated, inventory and MCT (Manufacturing Cycle Time) were reduced, the production efficiency was improved, and production cost was also reduced, then product competitive was boosted up. Meanwhile, a new thought was put forward creatively. That's according to the characteristics of battery manufacturing, based on fully inspiring enthusiasm of people, using brainstorm method and cause-effect analysis matrix, by reducing process variation and improving process Cp value, to eliminate over-quality. This research has high reference for H company and the same manufacturing enterprises to implement lean production, some domestic enterprises as well.
