Study On The Method Of Reducing Quality Cost Of X Enterprise

Based on the relevant literature review, the paper firstly introduces the origin, development, characteristics, method, and the application of Six Sigma Management, and compares Six Sigma Management with Total Quality Management to show the relationship and differences of them.Also, the thesis introduces quality cost in detail, and analyses the composition and what should be improved. Then introduces Nacelle Tianjin Factory of X Corporation totaly, including the market strategy, the factory's operation target, the implementation mode, and how to control the quality cost by the application of Six Sigma Management and some tools in Nacelle Tianjin Factory.Last, the paper does systemic analysis about Six Sigma Management according to the above discussion, and compares Six Sigma Management with Lean Production in detail, then brings forward some viewpoints.I hope these enterprises which are going to control quality cost by applicating Six Sigma Management, especially the enterprise which had the same situation, can get something from this paper.
