This thesis mainly discusses and analyzes the management of quality cost.Through the in-depth study about the quality cost control techniques as well asconsolidating the lean production and modern IE techniques, it offers more direct andeffective control methods and theories for enterprises to improve their quality cost.Through the analysis of its formation, development and current situation ofquality cost management, and based on study findings and development trend at homeand aboard, it does in-depth discussion about quality cost management as well asother management techniques from the aspect of quality cost concept, category andstructure, and especially identifies its difference and relationship with lean productionmanagement. With VSM analysis, line balance analysis and other techniques, it doesanalysis and identification to the structure of quality cost and offers effective solutionto expense of quality cost. At last, this thesis puts forward that the application ofcomputer network technology could make a real-time monitor and control to qualitycost, which finally forms a good closed loop model. Itincludes the cost control in design stage, quality cost control importance intrial-production, and the quality cost control process for line layout design andmanufacturing. Meanwhile, it performs a real-time system monitor and control to thequality cost management of ‘F enterprise’, and makes the quality cost of F enterpriseunder control.In the end, it summarizes the techniques used for quality cost management, putsforwards my views and statements, and hopes that it would be beneficial for similarenterprise.
