With the acceleration of the process of the globalization of trade, the Chinese manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more intense international competition, in the "Made in China 2025" strategic planning guidance, how to reduce costs, improve efficiency and strengthen competitiveness is the need to be resolved problem by each company. Lean Manufacture requested all enterprise to reduce the various non-value added activities to enhance efficiency, improve product quality, reduce product costs, to bring greater business returns. Therefore, the implementation of lean manufacture can effectively solve the problem that current Chinese manufacturing enterprises are facing. In this paper, as SZE company an example, summed up the company in order to implement lean manufacture, taken some measures in quality, cost, EHS and other aspects, and indicate to smooth implementation the lean manufacture, some appropriate safeguards to be taken, hoping to give other China machinery manufacturing enterprises certain reference.This paper described the background and significance of topics, research content and framework, research methods and technical route, while some lean production literature review conducted some research and describes the tools needed to implement lean production, principles and steps and point out the implementation of lean manufacturing process should pay attention to some frequently asked questions. Secondly, this paper analyzes departure from the case, the use of Lean thinking to analysis SZE's actual situation, using lean manufacturing tools to continues improve SZE Company currently not perfect production management. Starting from both the corporate level, established a series of safeguards to make sure lean production can be successfully implemented in SZE Company. Finally, the paper describes the conclusion and prospect.
