Staff motivation is through rational and systematic measures to stimulate staffs work enthusiasm, more often it can be expressed as a "given", sometimes it will be reflected in the form of "punishment". It can be considered as a combination of comprehensive subject of enterprise management, human resources management, and psychology. However at the root, we can regard it as a practical science which perfectly unified the enterprise and the employees’requirements that also need to be promoted with each other.In this paper, the factors related to the C Company’s operational employee’s incentive mechanism satisfaction by detailed analyzing industrial background of the C Company, the employees composition combined with incentive policy survey, staff questionnaire and etc. This paper put forward that it would enhance adverse effect to the company staff stability due to the employees insufficient incentive and therefore the possible negative state. It also provides advices such as optimizing the compensation system, improving remuneration allocation fairness, carrying out flexible welfare system, perfecting the evaluation system of promotion measures, in order to solve the present poor incentive effect.Although because of the limitation of the research object, this paper might get a more one-sided conclusion on "to the incentive mechanism of C company", through the methods of Maslow’s needs theory and Herzberg’s two factor theory this paper plays a role to research on the C company especially on the operation of the Department which is fanning out from point to area; namely, the trees, and forest the role of.By all means of analyzing, this paper represents that the incentive mechanism of the C Company has two experiences, various incentive methods and clearly incentive guiding ideology. This paper states that company needs to take more effective incentive methods for the knowledge staff. In the conclusion, this article also mentioned that strengthening the system of assessment and promotion fairness strengthens staff emotional encouragement which all is to be improved, may provide possible reference for financial enterprises.
