Research On The Performance Evaluation In Wind Power Enterprises Of HD Group

In recent years,wind power industry in china is developing rapidly,it has become an important part of the power industry.With the wide establishment of wind power enterprises and the deepening reform of power sector,the market competition will become more fierce.Meanwhile,in conflict with the interests of the traditional power enterprises as well as influenced by the lag of power grid construction p lanning,wind power enterprises going brownouts serious,and only keep the micro level of profitability.In order to improve the performance level of wind power enterprises and maintain sustainable development,it is necessary to evaluate the performance o f wind power enterprises scientifically and provide the corresponding countermeasure s to improve enterprise performance.In this paper,the research object is the wind power enterprise of HD Group.O n the basis of conclusion of the research in enterprise performance evaluation domestic and abroad,the relevant concepts,theoretical basis and method of corporate performance evaluation have been analyzed,which laid the theoretical foundation of the evaluation of the performance of the wind power enterprises belong to HD Group the next.Then,combining with the characteristics of wind power industry and the Balanced Scorecard,the paper construct a set of the enterprise performance evaluation index system of scientific and reasonable,which include profitability,debt paying ability,development ability,operation ability,internal production management and social responsibility.Through the SWOT model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of wind power enterprise development,as well as opportunities and threats,and Fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the A and B wind power enterprises' performance which belongs to HD Group,the evaluation grade is good.Finally,on the basis of the conclusions of the study,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the performance of wind power enterprises in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of wind power enterprises in china.The results of this study not only help to improve the performance of wind power companies in HD group,but also provide a useful reference for the development of other enterprises in the wind power industry.
