Research On Innovation Of SMEs Service System Based On GIE Model

The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are playing the vital role in the economy and the social development, But the SME itself has much congenital inferiority. Therefore, if we want to promote the economical growth and social welfare's promotion through the SMEs development, we must carry on various supports to help the SMEs.The general way of carries on the support to the SMEs is to establish the SMEs services system which helps the SMEs through services system's effective service to open and develop the business. But how to construct the SMEs services system? People are not clear in theory and practice. The author believes that we must do from the accordance of government, the intermediary organization and enterprise to construct the services system, which is namely GIE model. Thus we can provide the necessary and prompt service for the SMEs.This paper uses the way of theorical research and actual case which unifies together, making the elaboration and the real diagnosis to Innovation of SMEs Service System of our country. The paper first chapter is an introduction, including selected topic background, content definition and research technique; The second chapter is to the SMEs and the SMEs services system's research discussion; In the third chapter the content mainly gets the discussion to the SMEs services system's theory; The article's fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the GIE model of SMEs services system's theory and the empirical study, and it is also the SMEs services system's innovation. Of course, this is the core of this article; Last chapter is the related conclusion and forecast of research to this object.The research technique and tool in this paper is diverse. In the theory chapter, paper mainly uses the literature law and essential simulated processing, and in real diagnosis part mainly written basis massive questionnaire survey and practice case.
