Finally, of the model apply to a real example to prove that the model can be convenient, accurate to industrial real estate projects for risk evaluation.Based on CIM, using fuzzy approach to change qualitative evaluation to quantitative issues, the improved model can quickly calculate the industrial real estate project's comprehensive risk assessment. It's an effective solution to the numerous risk factors and complex risk assessment.
