The research of this thesisaimed to discuss one risk assessing method system of real estate investing decision-makingpractical to property developing company, thus investors can quickly choose propertydeveloping project in limit of risks themselves can withstand among investingdecision-makings, meanwhile it can provide some optimized and practical riskymanagement measures, so as to study regulation of risk occurring and changing byscientific methods and means, explore reasonable risk controlling and managing method,and serve China's property industry development in future.
