Primary Study On Actuality, Problems And Countermeasure Of Flower Industry In China

China flower industry basically formed in 1980s,it has become an important part of China agriculture industry.This study showed that China flower industry has obtained some success during past twenty years,but also appeared some problems at the same time.All that offer the better opportunity and challenge for flower industry sustainning development. In only twenty years,China flower industry has developed shiftly,and now it is one of the largest flower countries.The achievement our achieved as follows:(1) Research has been strengthened in the field of flower science and research,mainly successfully declaring of International Registed Authority for Prunus mume cultivar and Osmanthus cultivar,establishing a rank which was chiefly made up of some colleges and scientific academes,and gaining great evolvement in flower application.(2) China flower productivity has been improved in a large extent.Comparing with the initial stages of flower Industry,producer' integrated diatheses,production tools and production ways have been ameliorated in a large extent.On these bases,China flower industry has already possessed an industry size.In 2005,the growth area of flower was 810181.2 ha,the sales value was 503.34351 billions yuan,exportation earned 154258.3 thousands US dollar.(3) Consciousness of flower intellectual property fights has been strengthened.In 1999, China joined the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants,from that time,had established a series of measures and institutions of intellectual protection of flower with the comparative effort of our government,associations,and corporations one after the other.All that offered powerful indemnity for China flower industry scale, modernization,and internationalization.(4) China established varieties of flower certification system and international standard step by step,and went at setting up the relative lawmaking and law-executing branches.For the sake of protecting the entironment and producer' rights,making sure the sustaining development of flower industry,China introduced the flower certification system,in addition national standard and regional standard of our flower production had been generally actualized.At the same time of developing,through making a synthetical view of the course and actuality of china flower industry,comparation with international flower industry of developed countries,we find out many questions.(1) We should enhance our scientific research in flower,specially in traditional and autochthonous flower in China,and encourage innovation.(2) The questions in our actual flower production include less production scale,lower productivity,backward productive mathod,lack of ecological environment protection and so on.In the circulation field include unreasonable product structure,bad traffic situation, short of the force in protecting intellectual property right,etc.These questions are the restrictive factors that restrict our flower industry becoming maturative,striding into the range of developed country,finally realizing sustainable development.(3) Law-executing of flower varieties intellectual rights is short of force,and law-executing procedure is not perfect.(4) The flower product certification system is not popular.Although China had established the flower product certification system,it is short of propaganda,so people have not understood the importantance of it.All that directly affect the elevation of flower production quality,environment protection and safety of producers.The countermeasures to resolve these problems as follows:(1) Consummating and consolidating science and research of flower,enhancing varieties innovation.(2) Increasing research on production technique,inducing advanced productive technique and productive tools,and improving production quality.(3) Setting up the cooperation of government and institutions and cooporations to standardizing market order.(4) Adopting varieties of feasible ways to resolve the problem of flower transportation, mainly to resolve the expensive of transportation charge and the lower of equipment.Because of the short developing time,economic and cultural systems are not perfect, on the other side,there is a competition with other countries,all the states affect the development of China flower industry.Making an full understanding of China flower industry,analyzing disadvantage and superiority of it,in order to help us to grasp the new point of industry,adjust product structure,fit the need of market,then make China flower industry more boom,finally improve the comprehensive strength of flower industry.
