The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of The Service Industry Of Flower Leasehold In Guangzhou

With the improvement of life philosophy and level,people gradually regard green plants as an important role in life and work.It is known that potted flower plants could create an indoor natural scenery for us,which will be helpful to relieve the pressures of intense work.Indoor potted flowers are also increasingly popular with people.However,the fast-paced lifestyle does not allow people to spend too much time and energy on growing flowers.Hence,the manner in which flowers are used as a renting service for people in daily life has also received increasing attentions.In this paper,focusing on the current flower renting service in Guangzhou City,we investigated the prevalence and types of flower plants for renting in flower stalls in public places in Guangzhou,and surveyed the residents' acceptance of flower stalls.The main results are as follows.(1)There are 82 potted flowers commonly used in public places in Guangzhou,belonging to 32 families,mainly including Araceae,Liliaceae,Cactaceae,Palmaceae,Sedum,Aequaceae,Moraceae,Bromeliaceae,Orchids and Araliaceae.The species habits of more potted flowers were herbaceous and woody,accounting for 40.24% and 37.80%,respectively.The common species of foliage plants accounted for 54.46% of the integrated survey species.Among them,green radish,rich bamboo,brazilian iron,richly growing tree,Guangdong evergreen,frangipani,ivy,golden heart Yemen iron,San Weikui,snow shovel,kidney bean,silver queen,aspidistra,dracaena,tiger skin The 20 kinds of orchids are the top ones in frequency of indoor potted flowers..Most of these potted flower plants belong to varieties that are not tolerant to cold,tolerant to yin,adaptable to the environment,and simple to maintain.(2)The frequency of the application of flower stalls in public places in Guangzhou was 34.34%.Among them,the frequency of application of flower stalls in the office building area was relatively high at 47.73%.The varieties of the renting flowers are similar to those commonly used in public places in Guangzhou.The top 10 categories of flowers in the frequency of the renting application differ from the top 10 categories in the categories of commonly used flowers.The top 10 flower types in the frequency of renting flowers are Scindapsus.,Rich bamboo,Brazilian iron,Pachira,Guangdong evergreen,frangipani,ivy,golden heart of Yemen Iron,San Weikui,snow shovel.In comparison,flower species used in public places are more common than public places where flowers are not used.There is a certain scale for the public rental of flowers in Guangzhou and there is still a high development space.(3)The proportion of Guangzhou residents who use flowers to decorate the environment is 62.30%,and the demand for flowers is higher.Different groups of people have different needs for potted flowers.Students are more interested in succulents,and company employees and self-employed people are more inclined to purify clean air and maintain simple green plants.Retired people prefer bright flower plants.The frequency of flower replacement varies from person to person.The frequency of replacement of students and company staff is six months to one year.The frequency of flower replacement by individual proprietors ranges from three months to six months,while the frequency of replacement of flowers by retirees is longer than one year.Residents' acceptance of flower stalls is relatively high.The proportion of people willing to hire is 44.59%.The proportion of people who may hire flowers is 41.59%.In the process of renting and arranging flowers,residents are most concerned about whether the rent is appropriate,followed by the convenience of flower stalls,the quality of rented flowers,and the types of flowers that can be rented.With regard to the rent problem of flower stalls,residents can accept that the maximum rent for rented flowers does not exceed 20% of the total value of flowers.Selling flowers online is a convenient way to rent flowers for most residents.However,the most convenient way to rent a retiree is to rent a store under the line.(4)There are some problems in the service of industry of flower leasehold in Guangzhou,that is,there is no perfect evaluation system between rent price and flower rental service in flower rental industry.All flower rental and pendulum companies have similar kinds of rent-pendulum flowers,no obvious characteristics,and no strong competitiveness.At the same time,the flower rental and pendulum industry does not have its own network rent and pendulum platform,so it is difficult to merge between line and line,which leads to low work efficiency.Therefore,the main countermeasures for the further development of Guangzhou are put forward: The Guangdong flower Rental Association is set up to organize experts and scholars to formulate the service standard of flower leasing and the standard system of flower quality evaluation.The Flower Rent Pendulum Association develops the Flower Rent Pendulum Service Management system and explores the cost-saving service mode.It also provides a platform for cooperation and exchange between flower rental and pendulum companies and develops online flower rental and pendulum software(or mobile phone flower rental pendulum application software)to enhance the communication and interaction between flower rental companies and consumers,and to establish "offline experience shops",etc.
