Study On Relationship Of "City" And "District" Of Huangdi Ling National Scenic Spot

Huangdi Ling national scenic spot is recognized as the tomb seat of the Yellow Emperor,human ancestor of the Chinese nation.However,for various reasons,the Huangdi Ling is in conflict with the Huangling County nearby,after the founding of New China.The conflict has become bottleneck of Huangdi Ling national scenic spot sustainable development,harming to Huangdi Ling scenic spot human landscape and the integrity tourist image of the Yellow Emperor Tomb directly.From the protection of human heritage Huangdi Ling,this paper look at the relation of "City" and "District",through analysising the existing problems and causes, to explore the countermeasures and effective way for the establishment of reasonable "City" and "District" relation from macroscopic,middle and microcosmic view.The core part of paper includes five chapters(ChapterⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,ⅤandⅥ).Chapter 2:Special character of Huangdi Ling.Based on the importance of relations between scenic areas."City" and "District",this paper studies the characteristics of the relations and analysis space characteristics of core area by traditional theory of Feng Shui.The study shows that the core area is a particular region in the protection of traditional culture with irreplaceable status.Chapter 3:Based on the analysis of existing study results,sums up the current problems.At present,the main problems are:disorder expansion of the county seat break the "District" within a landscape pattern;county construction threat the overall outlook in the "District";county management inadequacies lead to destruction of landscapes in the "zone";county production and life result environmental pollution.Chapter 4:Take the county seat for the study,trace back to the develop of its cities,function,role and scope,study the relationship between "City" and "Area" in different stages of evolution,analysis of the causes of their problems mainly in the economic,management and cultural understanding three aspects.Chapter 5:Analysis and study internal and external effect factor on the relationship between "City" and "District",explore the reasonable direction of development for the "City" and "District".Chapter 6:Explore the measures and methods for the problems from three aspects:the area of sustainable development measures,based on the Huangdi Ling protection under the theme of "City" and "District" countermeasures,management measures.
