A Study Of The Function Of The Government In The Regional Economic Integration In The Liao Ning Coastal Economic Belt

The Liaoning coastal economic belt is the major area which carrys on state policy ,makes a plan for the whole district economic development, carrys out the great blueprint of revitalization of Northeast China. Five economic spots on the line ,this project is bring forward in the Liao Ning Eleventh Five-Year Plan.The Five economic spots on the line"project is important decision which promotes development of coastal economic belt, forms new pattern between coastal area and inner land. The Liao Ning coastal economic belt will become the most potential area and the most important part of Revitalization of Northeast project.In the process of regional economic integration, the government plays a major role. Expanding the potency dimension of opening to the outside, conforming regional resource; Settle these problems:land scarcity , environment pollution, administration barriers. This require government makes a confirming orientation.Part one of this paper is a general survey of the Integration and Government theory;Part two analyses the background of The Liao Ning coastal economic belt,and the base condition of area development,as well it indicates the obstacles in the process; Part three focus on the concrete effects of government in four aspects: the construction of base implement, industry support ,interactiong between inner area and port, integration of city and village.At the end of this paper definitudes the position of government .
