Since ancient time, China, with agriculture as its foundation, has been attaching great importance to the agricultural problems. In the northeastern part of China, the natural resources are rich, and in the early 20—30 years of 20th century, the development of agricultural took a prosperous outlook. In 1931, the Manchurian Incident was broken up, in which Japanese government invaded Northeastern China by military forces. During the following 14 years, the Japanese and puppet governments invaded large areas of farm land, crazy robbed the agricultural products and persecuted the farmers, which made devastative destruction and long-term stagnation to the development of agriculture and serious agricultural economic recession as well. This article, stretching from the point of agriculture in the Japanese and puppet governments, is intended to reveal that their ruling made great destruction to the production of northeastern agriculture thus exposes Japanese crimes as invaders. The main body of the article is composed of the following five parts. The first part is about the prosperous picture of northeastern agriculture before Manchurian Incident. It mainly introduces the prosperous image of northeastern agriculture caused by the large pouring of labor force, increased area of cultivated land, increased production of agricultural products, enhanced commodity rate of agricultural products, among which the leading position of soybean in the world can be seen as the representative of economical crops. The second part is about the recession of northeastern agriculture after Manchurian Incident. It mainly shows that after the Incident the agricultural production and the agricultural economy with the characteristic of soybean decreased sharply due to the political turbulence caused by Japanese invasion and the world economy crisis,.The third part is about the ruling and robbery of Japanese & puppet governments to the northeastern agricultural production. After the occupation of northeastern China, the Japanese government took crazy robbery and management of northeastern economy aiming to change the northeastern China into a military and agricultural products base, which would use as convenience for the expansion of the invasion. During the process of economy ruling, the Japanese invaders took the robbery of agricultural resources as one of its main tasks. By controlling the economical crops, such as the rice & cotton, and adopting the policy of drug poisoning, it causes a great disaster to the development of northeastern agricultural. The fourth part is about the robbery of land, which is one of the fundamental agricultural production resources. Land is the basic resource, which is considered as the peasant's life. During the Japanese and puppet regime, more and more land was robbed, which made more and more farmers segregate from their land. That situation made serious results, which led the farmers lost their land also the vigor of farming. Hence the northeastern agricultural production was seriously destructed. The fifth part is about the ruling and devastation of farmers. Labor force is originally one of the important elements in the material resources production. During the Japanese & puppet regime, the peasants'burden from the compulsory collection and strict management of labor forces was very heavy. The robbery of Japanese government to the northeastern agricultural labor force brought a great disaster to the northeaster agricultural production. From the analysis mentioned above, the following conclusions could be drawn. During the war, the Japanese government's policy of economy ruling as well as the crazy robbery of the farm land and agricultural products brought great disaster to the farmers and development of agriculture of the northeastern China. It greatly destroyed the agricultural resources of this area and blocked the development of agricultural production forces of northeastern China.
