It largely depends on the historical and cultural resources of Chinese Nation.Ning Gu Ta, as an important town of Northeast in Qing dynasty, has attracted more and more attention because of its historical culture. This thesis, from the points of historical culture and tourist development, researches the resources of its tourist culture, digs out the essence of its historical culture, and discusses its development and the influences of historical culture resources toward this spot.
