O2O To Su Ning Is "Desert" Or "Oasis"?

The O2O business model has also risen rapidly with the rapid prototyping of "Internet plus" companies.Much risk investment and financing,however,behind the O2O enterprises can profit,put a lot of money,for fighting for market through O2O marketing after the preemption market entry whether can improve their enterprise value,the current study has not yet provide an answer to the authority.At present,the author in the process of reading literature found that most of the literature is based on the theory of financial indicators of specific analysis,the evaluation of case company financial indicators,The value creation capacity of enterprises under O2O business model is still a difficult problem to study.In this paper,under the background of the selected the representative case company,based on the enterprise value creation perspective,based on the financial index and non-financial factors to O2O business model applied to the company at the same time the influence of the issue on theory and practical research,to continue to scholars research on business model and the value of the company.We hope that the research of this paper will open up a new Angle and way of thinking,and the conclusion can be applied to other retail enterprises that implement O2O model in China.The goal is value maximization of the enterprise,business model as a new kind of organization structure,can be enterprises can choose to see the key on the basis of creating customer value,finally realizes the enterprise value creation.In view of this,this paper briefly introduces the concepts of O2O business model and enterprise value creation,customer value theory and value net theory,selected the O2O business model is given priority to with the customer,such as integrated operation of suning as case study object,based on the foregoing theory to calculate the su ning 2011-2015 for five consecutive years of EVA value,and based on the enterprise value creation perspective,will change to EVA and Su Ning non-financial and financial two aspects has carried on the value analysis.In this article,EVA is still negative,rather than financial module construction results showed that the enterprise has a great potential of value creation.So comprehensive,O2O business model in the short term will be enterprise in desert,the serious influence enterprise’s value creation,but once the business model is complete,if there is enough money to support the new platform and get reasonable use,must be able to help enterprises to win customers,and create value for enterprises.This paper argues that the "desert" or "oasis" of the business model of O2O business will not only be based on the one-sided conclusion of financial data.So in this paper,according to the actual situation of enterprises,combining with the analysis of financial and financial indicators.For enterprises to make better use of O2O business model to create value,this paper puts forward the strengthen enterprise capital management,a comprehensive assessment of enterprise value creation,based on value net assessment indicators of customer value creation activities,strengthen enterprise O2O marketing ability of O2O business model for enterprise services such as advice.
