With the coming of the era of experience economy,tourist attractions obtain many good opportunities for further development, but at the same time,they also confront with a lot of challenges.The process of tourists travelling is that the experiencing process,so the aim of tourists is to get the maximum of experience value.When the tourist market is becoming more and more developed in China,the competition between tourists attractions is increasingly fierce,especially for the tourist attractions that want to survive,keep and extend their market shares,it is necessary for them to pay much attention to the tourist experience management.Culture tourist attraction is a type of tourist attractions,which is one of the most important parts in tourism industry.What the tourist attractions apply are typical experience products.There are several routes to realize tourist experience,such as tourism viewing, communication,imitating,participating and so on.Comparing with the high-participating tourist attractions(theme park),the participation of culture tourist attraction is much lower,tourists in this type attraction form their experience in the ways of appreciating,communicating and consuming,which makes it a difficult thing to produce high level experience for the tourists.So upgrading tourist experience in this kind of tourist attraction has became a question we should merit attention.In the context of experience age,the article explain tourist experience in ethological and psychological terms,analyze the effect of tourist and attraction’s behaviour,tourist enviroment on tourist experience in culture tourist attraction,then combine the feature and current situation of the tourist experience in Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden,put forward countermeasures so as to promote sustainable tourism development.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction. The background and significance of the study has been elaborated,the research contents and methods of this article has been introduced,the research progress at home and abroad has been accounted,the research ideal has been pointed out.Chapter Ⅱ:Basic concepts and theoretical basis.In order to lay the foundation for the third chapter, the related concepts of tourist attractions and tourist experience has been analyzed.Chapter III:The analysis of tourist behaviour and influencing factors of tourist experience in cultural tourist attractions. Based on the former research, the author thought the process of tourist experience happened in certain tourism circumstances is done by the behaviour of aesthetic,communication and consuming,and is heavily influenced by the behaviour of tourism-related industries.Chapter IV:A case study of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden in Kaifeng,Henan.Adopting questionnaire-investigation to analyse the current situation of tourist experience in Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden,finding out the existing problems and coming up with feasible countermeasure and suggestion at the tourist attraction’s angle.Chapter V:Conclusion.The main conclusions of the full text have been summarized,and the problems and prospects for future research have been raised.The main conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows:I.Presenting the concept of tourist experience in Culture Tourist Attractions.Tourist experience is a mental or emotional process by participating in tourist activities to adjust mental state.II.The behaviour of tourists in scenic spots is mainly registered as aesthetic,communication and consuming.Among which,aesthetic leads tourists to go through a spiritual journey from apperceive, imagination,comprehension to emotion;communication makes the tourists experience a mental process from the initial interactive,immitation, conformity to self-identity,internalization.In the era of experience,tourists’ consuming behaviour is attaching greater importance to emotion and culture.III.The paper focuses on four types of tourism environment,tourism geographic environment,behavioral environment,psychological environment and cultural environment,that are associated with tourist experience in culture tourism attraction,then expounds the impact of the four type environment on the behaviour of tourist attraction and tourist experience.IV.Take Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden for example,the paper uses questionnaires and in-depth interview to summarize the following exsitent questions in tourist experience management:the unreasonable program plan and arrangement in the scenic spot,the incomplete tourism supporting facilities; the off-position experiential marketing.V.In order to produce high quality of tourist experience,the scenic spot should guide tourists’ behaviour correctly and validly;use management behavioral art to manage deeply;design and market tourism products based on tourist experiences.
