Thought About The Government' Attracting Investment Work In Economy Undeveloped District

Since reform and opening-up, the pattern of opening-up to outside world has formed in China. Open economy develops fast and the cooperation and exchange of economy and technology develops well between China and other countries that can not only promote economy development in China, but also provide opportunities to enterprises out of China who are looking for business opportunities to cooperate with us.Nowadays, it's difficult for any region in China to develop without opening to the outside world. The government departments of all levels in China are carrying out opening policy, so that they can promote reform and opening-up absolutely and can participate domestic and foreign competition and cooperation more widely.High quality attracting investment can not only promote the development of the social economy and the improvement of technology,but also further the economy reform and optimize the industrial structure. At present, the government of all levels and the social benefit subjects have attached importance to attracting investment, because they all realize that attracting investment can promote the development of economy in their own district. The economy in Taobei District of Baicheng City,Jilin Province is undeveloped. To bring in new thought and management mode , promote the situation of economy and enlarge employment ways, the local government must depend on attracting investment. Link to my work experience of attracting investments in Taobei District, this thesis mainly probe into the following questions:Ⅰ.The reason and effect of government carry out attracting investment In this part, I discuss why the government of economy undeveloped district carry out attracting investment and analyze attracting investment is an effective way to bring in funds, technology and talents and the administrative system that why government carry out attracting investment. At the same time, by analyzing the positive and negative actions that government carrying out attracting investment, comes to the conclusion that the government's action is necessary in economy undeveloped district.Ⅱ.The current situation of attracting investment in Taobei District, problems and counter measures. In this part, I analyze the current situation of attracting investment in Taobei District by summarizing the development of attracting investment in Taobei in the past ten years. By analyzing the current situation, the problems of attracting investment are found out and I propose corresponding counter measures.Ⅲ.Thought about how to promote attracting investment in current new situation? Link to the current actual situation and development trend in future, I discussing what the government should do and how to do in future to carrying out attracting investment better after analyzing the above two points. The aim is to make the development of Taobei District to keep up with the step of epoch development.
