Research On The Measurement Of The Development Level Of Modern Agriculture In Shandong Province

The progress of modern agricultural level is the core content of China's implementation of the agricultural supply side reform.The traditional agriculture with high energy consumption and low output has gradually been unable to adapt to the economic development of today's society.The transformation of the primary industry is imperative.Shandong has a long history of agricultural development.After many years of reform,though rural areas have developed,there are still many deficiencies compared with the development of modern agriculture.In March2018,general secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the delegation of the Shandong delegation that we should promote the revitalization of the rural industry,the development of modern agriculture,the integration of the agricultural industry and the improvement of the living standard of the peasants.This is also the ardent expectation of the general secretary to the development of Shandong,and the development of modern agriculture to the strategy of Rural Revitalization.It is of great significance.The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems and propose countermeasures by measuring the development level of modern agriculture in Shandong Province,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the revitalization of Shandong's rural areas.The general idea of the thesis is based on "theoretical analysis comprehensive evaluation zoning evaluation-countermeasures and suggestions".First,the definition of modern agriculture,the development stage of modern agriculture and the method of evaluation are reviewed.On this basis,the concept and basic characteristics of modern agriculture are redefined,and the related theories of modern agriculture and the related theories of agricultural development stage are expounded.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation of modern agricultural development in Shandong province is carried out.By establishing a comprehensive evaluation system of modern agriculture in Shandong Province,the four criteria of agricultural input level,agricultural output level,rural economic development level and agricultural ecological development level are set up,and thirteen specific indicators are selected and multiple index comprehensive evaluation method is used.The overall process of modern agriculture in Shandong is evaluated.It is concluded that Shandong is at the basic stage of modern agricultural development at this stage.Thirdly,the modern agricultural indicators of seventeen cities are evaluated and classified by comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis.According to the results,the seventeen cities are divided into four categories: 2 cities such as Ji'nan and Weifang are large and structure reasonable;the scale of the 8 cities such as Qingdao and Zibo is large,and the structure of the city is large.Like thesize of Tai'an,Linyi and other 3 cities,the structure is small and the structure is general;the 4cities,such as Heze and Laiwu,are small in size and backward in structure,and the problems of various types in the development of modern agriculture are clarified.Finally,based on the above analysis,the following countermeasures are put forward: increasing investment in fixed assets,improving the condition of agricultural infrastructure,ensuring land circulation,improving labor productivity,improving the agricultural market,reducing regional differences,developing harmonious agriculture,improving the guarantee system,local conditions and coordinated development of local cities.
