Research On Development Of County Area Economy And Rural Urbanization

The questions of agriculture, rural area and peasant have been the focus in our society. The development of rural economy and the increase of peasants' income are playing the most important role in maintaining sustainable and stable development of our national economy. While urbanization and the county area economy development are the key path to solve the question of agriculture, rural area and peasant. From the most part, for in our country, the country area economy equals to the rural economy. Only if a large number of peasants have been employed in cities, we can get our county area economy developed and peasants more richer. And without doubt ,urbanization is the foucus.At present, the average level of county area economy and urbanization is fairly low and its development is comparatively laggard, which will affect greatly the process of our country's economy development and the process of building a harmonious society in all respects. Hence, the experts, scholars and all-leveled government pay much more attention on how to accelerate the development and make it developed harmoniously. Studying on the development will be helpful to take correct cognizance of the current achievements and existing problems in county area economy and urbanization, to make a further exploration of the rules and to offer the references on how to accelerate the development of county area economy and urbanization.The county area economy has integrated characteristics and involves agriculture, industry and service industry. It has developed more slowly for a long time because of the urban-rural dualistic structure and the system of counties under the jurisdiction of a municipality. County area economy, an important part of regional economy in China, is related to the solution to"San Nong"(agriculture, rural area and peasant) problems and urban-rural plan as a whole development. The development of county area economy relieves the pressure of employment and accelerates the process of urbanization.The urbanization is the developing direction of our whole society. The level of urbanization laging behind becomes the important restriction factors of socio-economic development in our country, especially in our rural region, the rural urbanization is the only way of our modernization and the development of the county area economy.This text centers on the subject-research on county area economy and urbanization from the following five parts. The first part: introduction. Mainly expatiates on the purpose and meaning of study, the current internal and external situation of study, the train of thought and method of study, the innovations of the study. All of this offers a platform to carry on the theory analysis and the positive analysis about county area economy and rural urbanization later. The second part mainly gives a brief introduction of the meaning and features of the county area economy and urbanization. The third part states the mutual relationship between urbanization and county area economy theoretically on the base of a brief introduction of country area economy and urbanization, The fourth part fully analyze the present situation of the urbanization and then tries to find the problems appeared in the past and the present of our national county area economy and urbanization and attempts to suggest some development strategies. The last part takes Songzi City as an example , analysing the current situation of economic development and urbanization of Songzi, and proposed some measures for the economic development of this county.
