The transportation infrastructure is the foundational industry which the national economy and the social enterprise develop, is important support and safeguard which the economy and social each enterprise develop However since has turned over a new leaf China to be established, our country transportation infrastructure level of development on falls behind continuously the economical development request, becomes restricts the Chinese economy development"the bottleneck". Along with the society to the transportation infrastructure construction investment unceasing increase, it"the bottleneck"the restriction function alleviates gradually, the transportation construction demonstrated the formidable drawing effect to the economical development. But as a result of the transportation infrastructure itself inherent some special nature, how can process good it to have the important theory and the practice significance with the national economy other department's between relations.The transportation infrastructure construction and the social economy development reciprocity is an extremely complex system question, so far, theorists to both between reciprocity research generally for both shallow level qualitative and simple quantitative analysis. This article through carries on to the Chongqing highway traffic infrastructure construction and the urban economy development relations based on the historical data theoretical analysis, determined between various variables the causal relation, has constructed the transportation infrastructure construction and the social economy development systems dynamics model. This model of the economical subsystem, the employment subsystem, the transportation infrastructure subsystem three sub-system compositions, between both mutually relates mutually and promotes mutually. And got employed the total population historical examination after GDP to confirm the model validity basically, carried on the simulation to the Chongqing transportation infrastructure construction system basic behavior, and through the adjustment exogenous regulation parameter, carried on the analysis, and unified the new social economy environment in the appraisal result in the foundation to propose the corresponding countermeasure.
