A Theoretical And Empirical Study On The Rural Urbanization In China

Urbanization is the objective law of rural economic and social development.It is an important indicator of the economic modernization of the county area. From now until 2020,it is a crucial period of accelerating the process of urbanization in rural areas. The rural urbanization has entered a new stage of rapid development.It will become an important driving force of economic growth of China in the future. At present, it has both good foundation conditions and a large number of the accumulated contradictions and problems to be solved in the acceleration of the process of urbanization in rural areas. This paper has been based on the outcome of the research in this area.The ideas and methods are from theory to practice, from general to specific, with emphasis on analysis of the general rules of China's rural course and the development of the rural and urban areas of the county economic interaction. It provides strategic policy of accelerating urbanization in rural areas under the County economic framework.It aims to provide some useful lessons and exploration.It hopes that urbanization can develop rapidly, healthily and continuously in the new era.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the background and significance of the thesis. On the basis of dynamic study on the review of the urbanization of rural areas at home and abroad,the main thesis put forward some research methods and framework.ChapterII starts from the theoretical concept of the rural towns.It analysizes the impetus and general law of the development of rural urbanization in depth.It finds that the development of rural urbanization generally follows the S-curve trajectory.The development impetus came mainly from the deepening division of social labors, the expansion of industrialization,the rise of the tertiary industry system and the changes in the environment and so on. Chapter III inspects the practice of urbanization of China's rural areas.It analyzes the main features and causes of the development process of China's rural urbanization.It summed up the main part and typical pattern of urbanization of rural areas. Chapter IV based on the research above.It dicussed interaction of the urbanization and county area economy.It put forward strategies and measures of the development of urbanization. County Economic Development profound impact on the process of urbanization in rural areas.The county-level governments can effectively promote rural urbanization and speed up the integration process of urban and rural areas through market means and administrative measures.Chapter V is the main conclusions of this paper.
