Management concept, fundamentally, is human being's "self-understanding" of management activities. It determined the construction and development of management theory on most profound level. It is the theoretical premise and logical stronghold which concealed in the management theory. Since Taylor as the representative to the scientific management theory emerged,the management concept of "management is efficiency"and "efficiency is first" have become the theoretical premise of management theory unconsciously or unconditionally. The essence of all kinds of management theories, which constructed under this theoretical premise is the materialized of human being. However,this kind of management also falls into reflection of the significance of it's existing for the management or administration does not pay attention or care about human beings. Therefore,it's necessary toreveal and clarify management's significance to the contemporary people,through questioning and reflecting the management concept of what's management and "how to management",and realize the transformation of "significant paradigm". So it can build a new logical stronghold to the contemporary management. People-oriented management, fundamentally,is not the chang of management methods, but the great transformation of the concept of human management. It reassures human being's body position in management on the basis of the criticism and reflection of traditional management concept. At present,china entered a new historical stage which is not only the golden period of development,but also a period of the presentation of contradictions. It has important guiding significance to Chinese government's acheving harmonious management and operating harmonious society,through the conversion of the areas of management awareness.This thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part,it mainly elaborates management concept, the assumptions and evaluation of traditional theory of human nature. Pointing out that the essence of traditional management concept is the materalized of human being .Itcauses the people in the perspective of management to be a lopsided,abstract one ,namely, the people in reality is a whole,open-minded,while ,in management or administration, is in a vacancy status. In the second part,it discusses the proposition and rationality of human-centred management concept in new era. And puts forwards two levels of understanding of human-centred management. In the first level,it takes human factor as the primary and essential factor in management. In the second level,through the human-orientied enterprises management activities and the practice which brings out as much as possible. itcan train people's will,intelligence,intellectuality and physical strength; Through the competitive production and operation activities,it consummates people's physical strength,makes people got more comprehensive development which is beyond the survival needs. pointing out that the real human-centred management should let people turn from believing human's rationality. science and efficiency are the means of people's self-achievement and self-development . In the third part,it has a recognition of human-orientied management concept. on the level of philosophy and puts forwards some solutions to the problems existed nowadays. And puts the "comprehensive development of human bing"which is the marrow of Marxism philosophy ideology into the intepretation of human-orientied management concept. This is an exploratory integration of Maxism philosophy ideology and human management concept. |
