It’s more urgent to carry out humanistic management in the times of knowledge economy,in which times the characteristic of social development is changing. At the same time, in theprocess of internal management of modern enterprises, the importance of human basedmanagement had been recognized by and by. For a firm, what it depends to grow up are noother things but human resource and material resources. When natural resources are no longerin shortage, the entrepreneur focuses his eye sight on human resource. How to effectively useand manage human resource in order to get maximum output from given amount of humanresource is what human based management needs to answer.With the breakthrough of the problem in Humanistic Management implementation ofthe existing, This paper took A company as research background, combined with thedevelopment of humanistic management in order to improve the Human ResourceManagement, Based on in depth analysis of the problems of humanistic management in Acompany, and focused on the countermeasures. The research methods are scientific,reasonable and practical, while it has the important practical significance for our company todesign the mode of Humanistic Management.Firstly, this paper described research purposes, described the research background,described the research at home and abroad about humanistic management, and presented theresearch contents and ideas; Secondly, briefly introduce A company and its achievements inhumanistic management; then through the questionnaire survey, founded that A companyexisted the missing of human resources functions to identify problems in the HumanisticManagement of A Company, and then by the sound and effective personnel managementmechanism, to establish a management system of examination full of scientific and theHumanism Thought, and cultivate harmony and competitive corporate culture, To givecountermeasures to the human resource management issues in A company.
