Studay On Rural Industry Develoment In The Weastern China

After the transformation of economies, the rural industry that taking villages and towns industry as the main body has been developed quickly, the added value of production has accounted to 45% of gross industry in nearly 10 years, which is praised as"the half of china's industry economy"。However, as the total rural industries grow persistently, the contradictions of structural are serious day by day. In space structure, regional difference of rural industry development is very remarkable, the productivity of rural industry mainly concentrated on the eastern region, whereas its development is serious lagging in the western region. The difference resulted in regional economic development imbalances, and it was also a primary reason of poverty and backwardness of western countryside. In the internal structure of rural industry, low-level equilibrium of the sector structure and scattered and disorderly state of the space organizations seriously restrict the elevation of industrial competitiveness. Nevertheless, the western rural industry development was faced a series of problems because of improper industry structure, inefficient organization and deficient development elements of rural industry. Health within the driving force of industrial development is difficult to generate and gather, and the industry production in western countryside was also limited by local resource and environment. These problems are all needed exact orientation of development strategy and innovation of development theory.Under the background of socialism new rural reconstruction, take the development of rural industry as starting point, adjusting the industrial structure in rural areas, and co-ordinate the development of urban and rural are great significance. Rural industrialization is the process which under the circumstance of the long—term existence of dualistic economic structure, establishing and developing industry and other non-agricultural industries in the countryside and on the basis of the momentum, which also transform underdeveloped rural economy including traditional agriculture and even the whole rural society:1. The establishment and development of rural industry in rural areas.2. The transformation of underdeveloped rural economy by industrial products and mode of production.3. The transformation of the whole rural economy by industrial products and culture.Therefore, the western region of rural industrial development should take peasants as the main propelling force, in accordance with the need of overall development of economy in the western region, in compliance with the principle of comparatively intensive development of industry, we should establish and develop self-launching industry in western community, urging sustainable growth of industrial activities in rural economic activities and continuously upgrade internal structure, intensify production structure, raise factor productivity, which can certainly lead to urbanization—gathering of production factors in space.First the paper reviewed the industrialization and the rural industrialization at home and abroad. Throughout the past several decades scholars'research in the rural industries areas, but most of these are confined to rural industrial development of general discussion, and more theory and empirical description about the phenomenon of the rural industrial development in the course, instead of the less developed rural areas of industrial research is relatively weak, especially on how to speed up the underdeveloped rural areas lack industrial development system. This paper bases on development economics, regional economics, industry economics and Institutional economics theory and takes Guangxi as a special example, studies and explores accelerating way of the way of western rural industrial development.The paper analyzes the theory of development of the western region rural industrial. The western region dualistic economic structure outstanding, so, developing rural industries is the key, if we want to achieve the change of economic and social from the dual structure to a structure and the coordinated development of eastern and western regions. Comparing with the developed eastern regions,western region have an obvious disadvantage, However, it make the western region have"To the advantage of"in rural development. At the same time, the western region also has comparative advantage in natural resources, human capital. This paper analyses the western region rural industrial development which based on dual structure theory, comparative advantage theory and to the advantage theory.After by comparing with the eastern region, this paper comprehensively analysis the overall features of the western rural areas industrial development and less number of industries, small-scale, an irrational industrial structure, low quality of human resources issues, which exists in the process of the western region rural industrial development. Then based on the analysis, the paper gives countermeasures about the development of rural industrial on western region.
