A Study On The Choice Of Urban - Rural Integration Model In The Western Resource - Rich Area

Urban-rural integration is an important strategic target in our country in the future, including the development of politics, economy, society, environment, and many other aspects,Since putting forward the concept of urban-rural integration, each region according to the characteristics of the region has taken a lot of fruitful development model.China’s a large country, only in the western region can be divided into agriculture and urban areas, ecological fragile areas, different areas such as resource enrichment region,This article chooses the Hexi region of Gansu province as a case to study the western resources enrichment region of urban and rural integration development pattern. In summary of urban-rural integration at home and abroad on the basis of theory and practice,constructing the evaluation index system of the region,To assess current situation of the development of urban and rural integration in Hexi area and give the evaluation,considering the industrial structure, economic development level and resource endowment difference of Hexi area,I propose the resources industry promotes agricultural development model, Small town ecological economic model, small towns ecological economy and ecological construction and new rural construction in parallel development pattern. Finally putting forward the development of the region in the west of the urban-rural integration development in other areas and even the whole country policy suggestions.This article uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to measure Hexi corridor of Gansu province five places from 2009-2009 the development of urban and rural integration level, summing up three development models. This paper argues that the essence of enrichment region of western resources integration of urban and rural, and the road is shift past extensive pattern of economic development into intensive development.Using the own advantages of resources to develop the resources industries, at the same time using the income of industry of resource development obtained from the resources industry to feedback "agriculture, rural areas and farmers":to develop the modern agriculture, strengthen the rural infrastructure construction, improve the level of farmers’ income, making the rural economy, society, environment update speed with the city area, finally promoting the harmony of urban and rural economy, society and environment.
