Based On Knowledge Management Environment Enterprise Archives Research

With the development of knowledge-based economy, enterprise information management changed into knowledge management. Knowledge management environment brings traditional archives some changes, such as archives environment, components and content of archives, and so on. New environment and new changes make enterprise archives face some"bottleneck"problems on thinking level, management level, institutional level and technologic level. As a kind of important explicit knowledge resource, enterprise archives play an important role. Enterprise archives should adapt to new environment and accomplish innovations. The author introduces coordination theory, insisting on the perspective that enterprise archives should coordinate to knowledge management environment. The papers analyses the necessities and contents of coordination, providing coordination strategy on thinking level, management level, institutional and technologic level on the basis.
