Research On Tourism Human Resources In Suzhou

In the 21st century, the development and management of human resources have become more and more important in each industry. The trend is obvious in service industry. The quality of human capital has become a crucial factor on tourism industry competitiveness.First, this thesis reviews the development process of tourism human resources in Suzhou. The process is divided into different periods. Then based on statistical data, it analyses the present situation of tourism human resources in Suzhou from basic qualities,staff flow,enterprise demand,salary system,education research staff and potential human resources. The article discusses six restricted factors and analyses the causes of these problems. In the end, with the theory of modern human resource management, the paper offers some feasible strategies and resolutions. This thesis is written for the purpose to give some advices for the development of tourism in Suzhou.
