Study On The Development Of Trade Associations Of SuZhou City

Trade assciations is the inevitable result of market economy development and devision of labor thinning, is an important component of market economy. Along with the process of reform and opening up,the development of trade associations of SuZhou city showing a rising trend,showing more and more civil and self—descipline,but,they also facing the problem which functions can be implemented and imperfect mechanism. These problems which trade associntions of SuZhou city facing are not isolated cases,they are localization and concretion of overall trade associations problems in our country.Trade associations in many parts of our country also exist to varying degress.Therefore,we can study on the existing problems of trade associations of SuZhou city and then give some appriate countermeasures,from these,we can provide some reference to the development of our country's trade associations.The author use method of combining of literature reasearch and case studies.Firstly,the author studied on the basic theory of trade associations,lay the foundation for the development of trade associations of SuZhou city.Secondly,after mastering on the basic of detail and accurate information from investigation and study,the author analyzed actuality of development ,the active role and the difficulties which trade associations of SuZhou city facing.Through analysis,the author found because of the relative of laws and regulations'building impacted the development of trade associations of SuZhou city.Some trade associations are still link with authorities,resulting in"authorities"and"associations"have no distinction;dual management system and the principle of one district one association,one industry one associntion,dominant associations'position no protection,the role has not been exploited.Therefore,the adjustments of policy and system are necessary.In my view,these asjustments require ,first and foremost, goverments of SuZhou city at all levels to intensify efforts to support trade associations;Revision the dual management system and the principle of one district one association,one industry one associntion in order to promote a virtuous circle of development of trade associations;Strengthen the self—construction of trade associations;Strengthen supervision and management of trade associations.
